Wow in 10 years I’m going to be… 29. That’s pretty scary. I guess life is going to be a lot different than it is now but then again, a lot has changed in the last 10 years as well.
I mean, within the last 10 years I broke my leg, moved to Ireland, finished primary and secondary school, turned 18, got accepted into college and managed to pass the first year of it. I also made and lost some great friends and met so many amazing people it’s crazy. I had my heart broken and probably broke someone else’s heart too. I’ve lost some loved ones and gained new ones. I got my first job and had first real money. I got into trouble for the first time but also got some awards at school. I reached some serious milestones and found myself disappointed numerous times. There’s so many things I’m looking forward to, to be completely honest with you.
I can’t wait to get back to college. Having just finished 1st year, I’m actually buzzing for 2nd year now. I can’t wait to see the girls and get back to the routine I’ve been missing so much lately. Though I bet you once I’m back in I’m going to complain about the timetable and the trains but hey, apache student deals and chicken fillet rolls with sort that out, I’m sure. And I actually miss Dublin. Even though I didn’t live there, I still miss the place. There’s just so much positive vibe in the city, it’s amazing. And you always find something to do, be it go shopping or get food or whatever. Continue reading
I don’t know why but this seems like a fairly hard thing to write about! Anyway I will try my best and tell you about some of my biggest turn ons and offs in a guy.
Well he definitely has to be an animal lover, that’s for sure. I’m dog obsessed myself so I definitely couldn’t handle someone who would hate on my dog. But seriously, if someone cares for animals they do have this soft side and they’re not just all tough. It’s nice. Continue reading
There are so many people who had near death experiences so I’m extremely happy my worst injury wasn’t actually that serious! In fact, all we’re talking about here is a broken leg. I explained this briefly here, so read on to get the full story.
I really don’t know how I’ve managed to hurt myself while walking back from a church but the whole experience has definitely put a thick barrier between me and churches. The idea of going to one makes me think I’m going to break my leg again, weird, I know. Continue reading
You’re gone almost 6 and a half years now but it still feels like we saw each other yesterday. I wish you were still here with us, without you everything lost its magic. The house, the family fires and meet ups, summer.
I was in 6th class on primary school and we decided to fly over to Poland for Christmas. In the end the whole family was over and we all had a mint time! It was the best Christmas of my life, simply because we were all there, whole family Continue reading
Lately I’ve found myself missing school. And no, I don’t miss the people, teachers or the actual learning. It’s more about the structure that was involved in attending school.
You woke up knowing you’d be in there 9-4 and have to leave your house few minutes before 8. You knew you’d have 3 classes, a 15 minute break , 3 classes, lunch Continue reading
Sorry for the delay, I’ve been feeling very poorly the last two days with a migraine that came from hell. Thankfully it’s a little better now so I’m back to my every day posting.
We all have fears, or phobias, right? Spiders, claustrophobia, heights. When faced with their fears, some people remain calm and others go into a full on panic mode.
Today I’ll tell you about some of my fears.
I’m scared of cats. Continue reading
I can’t live without….
As you all probably know from my previous posts, I’m a dog person. Right now, I have a Yorkshire Terrier boy who is going to be 4 next month, called Rico. (After the Penguins of Madagascar) I don’t know how I’ve lived a few years dog-less because now I can’t imagine my life without him.
‘’Just keep swimming’’ – Dory
Ahhh who doesn’t know this classic! Just three little words, yet it’s so inspirational. I love how this Disney movie quote has stuck around for a little over 10 years and you can mention it to anyone & they’ll know what you’re on about! It’s great that even a children’s movie encourages you to never give up.
‘Money is the anthem of success, so put on mascara and your party dress.’- Lana Del Rey, ‘National Anthem’. Continue reading
